Where is my quote information stored?
The quote is built in your browser. Draft information can be saved locally on your own device so you can return to it later.
Can I show optional extras without including them in the total?
Yes. Mark any line as optional and it will appear in a separate optional extras section. It will not be included in the main quote total unless you and the customer agree to add it.
Can I request a deposit when the customer accepts?
Yes. Choose a percentage or fixed deposit. The quote will show the deposit required and the remaining balance clearly.
Can I use VAT, GST or sales tax?
Yes. Rename the tax label, choose tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive prices, and apply different rates to individual lines when needed.
